SCHOOL OF THE ARTS, SINGAPORE
The landing page design of SOTA's website, designed by Jeremy Yap in 2024

Scope of work:

  • Conducted a comprehensive UI/UX audit to enhance user experience and interface functionality.

  • Total revamp of the website, including new sitemap, page clustering, navigation, and layout design.

  • Developed a detailed design and copy style guide to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Provided ongoing support to developers for seamless implementation (development and UAT stages).

As Singapore’s premier arts-focused school, SOTA needed a digital presence that reflected its unique identity. With the website unchanged since 2013, the challenge was to create a modern, dynamic platform that embodied the school’s creative spirit while remaining functional and future-ready.

We treated the project as if it was a rebranding exercise, starting with a comprehensive UI/UX audit and stakeholder surveys to gather diverse perspectives. Faculty and staff presentations ensured alignment, while detailed design and copy style guides were developed to support seamless content updates for years to come.

The result is a refreshed and engaging website that not only captures the essence of SOTA but also empowers the team to confidently manage and grow their online presence.
