A few words about myself
I’ve spent over 10 years bringing brands to life by crafting brand identities, creative campaigns, and marketing materials that don’t just look great but tell a compelling story. My experience spans property development, social media, education, banking, healthcare, and leisure, working with startups, SMEs, and global brands. Whether it’s developing a visual identity, designing corporate annual reports, or executing multi-channel campaigns, I ensure every piece is both visually striking and aligned with each brand’s unique voice.
Beyond the nitty-gritty design work, I have experience leading design teams, managing creative workflows, collaborating with clients and vendors, and driving business development initiatives. I speak graphic design and copywriting fluently, crafting messaging in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Always keeping an eye on industry trends and local insights, I'm an avid learner because great creative work comes from a lifelong journey of learning.
I’m exploring full-time opportunities where I can contribute my creativity and expertise. With a strong background in design and strategy, I’m best suited for roles as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer, with a vision to grow into a Creative Director in the near future.

What I Consider As My Strengths
-
I offer over 10 years of experience in generating ideas and visualizing a wide variety of creative assignments. Branding, ATL, BTL, TTL, social media, print… you could say I’ve “dabbled” in all of them.
-
No, I don’t just mean logos and letterheads. I can conduct desktop research, run dipstick surveys, interview stakeholders, host brand discovery sessions, identify target audiences, and create stylescapes—all to develop comprehensive brand identities that tell true stories about each brand.
-
I’m trained in creating both digital and print designs, from the first draft to the final artwork. Terms like RGB, CMYK, UI/UX, Pantone swatches, UPT, crop marks, die cuts, FPO, wireframes, storyboards, Spot UV, and foil stamping are English to me. I’ve also worked closely with printers and paper suppliers to make sure every project is executed to perfection.
-
You can put me in a room with clients and trust that I won’t embarrass myself. In my most recent roles, I’m often the project manager and POC between my team and the clients. I can confidently present and articulate proposals with minimal support.
-
I also check other invisible boxes expected of a creative. I can lead design teams, manage time, write creative briefs, conduct formal/informal training sessions, keep cool under pressure and buy time for great work to simmer and stew in the cooker.
I’ve said plenty. Come see my work?
